    Why does the message “Invalid account” appear in the bottom right corner of the terminal?

    The message “Invalid Account” may appear due to:

    1. Incorrect account number (check your account number as specified in your Trader Room);
    2. Incorrect account password (look for your password in the email sent to you upon account registration);
    3. Incorrect server was chosen.

    Please double check whether all the required data has been filled in correctly.
